I began my career as a chef in country house hotels and fine dining restaurants in the Scottish Borders. I moved up through the ranks to head up two of Scotland’s best seafood restaurants before branching out into event and private catering, working for the Mclaren F1 team as a chef to the team, drivers and VIP guests. I also worked as an event chef for Gordon Ramsay, catering at the highest level on some very prestigious events throughout London, the UK and abroad.
I aim for perfection and use my experience to ensure that all events are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism, whether it is a private dinner or private dining experience in your own home with a few good friends or a society wedding for 1000.
